Music and perception

The composer starts a computer program producing specific self-generating numerical structures and converting them automatically into sound, which leads to what is called "Raw Music". In this state of development the composer's perception is required to create his idea of "Gestalt". Although the numerical structures can be classified and described it is not possible to say what kind of "Gestalt" will finally be the result. This entirely depends on the composer's musical concept.
